"I worked on four different departments at Polo Ralph Lauren, and this helped me build a reasonable knowledge on the procedures employed at work and the hierarchery of duties."
What do you like about working at Ralph Lauren?
"Easy to learn jobs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"First impressions last. It is a common expression and holds within some truth. Recruiters are generally very impressionable and would decide the ideal candidate(s) based on their personal interview grading criteria. Unfortunately, personal likeness or dislike would dominate over professional qualifications on many cases. I would recommend an amiable and relaxed manner on the side of the candidate, because it helps the candidate to organize his/her thoughts and helps to answer wisely. Also, it assures the recruiter(s) that the candidate is friendly and cooperative where needed."
What don't you like about working at Ralph Lauren?
"No actual potential of growth in work and benefits, it is a far fetched dream of every employee who starts work at a new job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think their management needs a thorough change or reconsideration in their policies employed, in the least. They should allow for promotional vacanies for their long term and extremely hardworking and effiecient employees, because they represent a critical tool of success to the business. Offering them incentives and rooting benefits make it hard for them to leave for another job or look for career change, reducing the company's need to retrain larger number of employees."
