"Develop a strong understanding of the corporate culture and career paths for your paticular area of interest. Focus questions on corporate culture, specifically on what areas State Street doesn't do well. This wilkl be more telling than what they do well."

"Don't be afraid to discuss the organizations short comings. They exist and will only improve through acceptance and discussion."

"Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. Whether I'm in the office or outdoors, there will always be some sort of paperwork to complete related to this job. This means more writing, typing, and filing, the possibility of lost paperwork (which means more writing, typing, and filing), and making copies of more paperwork."
