"T3 Securities is a company that should only be worked for if you are a proven senior securities trader. Their whole business structure is built around that and is basically a great fit if you are already a profitable trader, However, they do appeal and allow novices (the overwhelming percentage of traders) and would not be a good choice if you are looking to learn and grow."
