Which is what I recommend new hire's to do after three months. The overall environment is friendly and clean. Management is reasonable and pleasant."

"Target can be a great company to work for. With it being retail you have to expect to work at a minimum every other weekend and just about every holiday. The benefits provided are very good, solid 401k match (5%), health insurance and dental as well as many others including discounts through various vendors. With it being such a large company there is lots of room to move up, but at the salaried level expect to work 50 hours a week minimum and potentially more, especially during Q4."
