"When there was downtime, you really get to cut loose and have fun. But when there is work to be done, you are wide open and running on nitrous. Also, there is a certain brotherhood that comes with working there, not unlike military servicemen who have seen combat together."

"The repossessions, the threats of violence by some customers, there is no way to move up anywhere ever. You will be a desk jockey/car washer your entire career. And your pay will remain largely the same."
