The organization is very ethical and has avoided the pitfalls that most other banks were guilty of during the sub-prime era. Also, the organization still offers a pension. "The corporate culture at UBOC was amazing. The region I worked in was the most influential in northern California and the duties and projects I was allowed to participate in was extremely rewarding."

"This company has a very concise method of selecting candidates so I have nothing at this time to offer."

What don't you like about working at Union Bank?

"The only downside to the position was that corporate offices was in the Financial District of SF and parking was difficult."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This company was well organized and had a very intricate method for mid-senior level managers to report improvement suggestions."
