"Great global company to work, advance in the career."
"Since joining National Geographic three years ago, I have been involved in one of the largest media company acquisitions ever. Last year, The Walt Disney Company bought 21st Century Fox and all of its assets, including National Geographic, quickly catapulting an already internationally recognized brand into the upper stratosphere of visibility and universality. Being a part of The Walt Disney Company has been tremendously exciting. I truly considered it the dream opportunity of a lifetime and apex of my professional career. Not only is the Disney leadership team incredibly intelligent, poised, highly- respected media visionaries, they are incredibly communicative and gracious to each individual who is a part of their immense global team. Every company announcement was timely communicated to every employee and written in a warm, proud tone. There were significant efforts to celebrate individuals' accomplishments and actively celebrate diversity and inclusion. It was an exceptional company to work for. Unfortunately, and very suddenly, due to the COVID-19 pandemic I was laid off. It was a crushing blow to my starry-eyed, fantastical view of the corporate world. I learned a lot from my time at Disney, especially how important it is to include and listen to diverse talent and people in all conversations and at all levels of management. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work for such a beloved company and am eager to contribute my skills and talents to a new opportunity."

"I've worked at Disney for over 10 years as IT end user analyst."
"The Walt Disney Company is so diverse with so many different opportunities in a variety of business segments. I really enjoyed working for the company because of its rich heritage and inspiring history. However, because working at this company is highly sought after, they do tend to pay below industry standards."
"Excellent company, due to its large size business decisions are made slowly."
"I've worked for The Walt Disney Company, known as Disney as QA Engineer. It is a multinational mass media and entertainment company. I am part of the Post Production team and it's really exciting and interesting to work at Disney. It's been an exciting journey with learning new things at each and every step."
"The opportunity for growth was great, and the people around you just want to see you succeed. If you tried, everyone around would too."
"This company overpaid me and made me pay back $11k even after telling my supervisors."
"I've worked for Disney in 2 different areas for almost 5 years now. I have had a lot of professional growth, challenges and a new skill set. My current position as a Project Coordinator is the position I am most proud of and was a position created for me based on my level of responsibility as well as my supervisors trust and belief in my professionalism and quality of work. This opportunity will make me eternally grateful to the company as it has prepared me to seek out new opportunities such as this one of a Project Scheduler."
"I've worked at Walt Disney World for about a year now, and I love it. The first thing to remember is that the job won't always be magical, or even fun. But that's not why we work for Disney. We work at Disney to bring smiles to the faces of the many guests that visit our parks (and that HUGE perk of park passes)."
