"It's the usual interview process. But here, the entire team interviews the candidate."

"I dislike the limited exposure for being a contractor, which leaves no room for growth."

"The only suggestion I have is for a more robust conversion of contracting resources to full-time resources."

"I liked the challenge of working on different platforms, and working with back end as well as front end systems. I liked the people I worked with and always met project deliverables."

"Be prepared for panel interviews :) and know the business processes as well, such as use case writing, etc."

"As a contractor, you don't have any opportunities to grow in the company."

"As far as management goes, they were great. They assigned the right resources to the right projects, and managed the contractors well."
