"I don't like the way of management, the pressure that it is maintain in the company. The way they allow the receptionist in New York office to disrespect other new employees and outside people because her attitude and because they don't put into action Western Union policy to old employees. Also I do not like the disorganize way they have handle software development, very messy and no technical documentation or technical design to keep track of software development"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"they should write technical documentation and design of what they are doing so far. Also the receptionist should stop being rude with internal employees and outside customers."
