However, there were many gaps in communication between the NYC Headquarters and regional leadership. At times, we were finding out information about the company through the news and not through management. I found this to be extremely problematic as it showcased the lack of transparency and communication within the organization. At the same time, the job description for my position was changing, and it was not something I was interested in further pursuing."

It wasn't long before wework starting laying off thousands of employees for about a 6 month stretch. The future of the company was very uncertain."
