"I worked at Yazaki since 2008, it was a good job until recent changes in management caused several cost cutting initiatives that I believe will impact the quality of the final product to YNA's customers."
"A good place to work except they have been laying off a lot of people in the last few years."
"Great people to work with global culture"
"I worked for Yazaki North America for about 14 years. I was given the opportunity to learn many new things throughout my employment."
"I have been at my current position for 18 months. I enjoy the direct contact i have with the customer and that I play a key roll in the day to day business."
"I have worked here for about 9 month and the experience has been okay."
"Japanese management style is one of pushing down goals and objectives without realistic understanding of operating work. They do not understand motivation of Chinese workers and try to impose Japanese work conditions. Sets up middle managers to fail unless willing to "spin" results to make upper management look good. Therefore, reports and reality do not match. Again, leaving incapable managers caught. I'm tired of giving off Japanese smile and my poor stupid Japanese words all day long. I'm Chinese. Not a servant dog to Japan. Tired of poor-looking, filthy Yazaki building (You will see if you come), dull and dumb workers, evil managers, dirty conversations, smoking everywhere, lack of public manners."
