"Being the only one doing the job. Shipping, inventory, paperwork, van maintenance, trainer, a one man marching band, in field service."

"Listen to the field... they have their face in front of the customers all the time... it's their rep on the line all the time... if something goes wrong they always have to face the customer... no always management."
