We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst with a strong background in BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) and extensive experience in Supply Chain Management Warehousing & Distribution. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 8 years of experience leveraging their expertise to drive strategic business decisions and optimize operational efficiencies.

We are primarily responsible for implementing, supporting and extending off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution planning and procurement. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 to $125,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data related to warehouse management and supply chain operations to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the design and execution of system enhancements and new functionalities within the BY Warehouse Management system to meet business needs.
- Conduct in-depth business process analyses and propose improvements aligned with the organizations strategic goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements present findings and secure buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor project progress adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in warehouse management and supply chain technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of warehouse management and supply chain operations.

- Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on warehouse management and supply chain operations.
- Proven expertise in BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) is essential.
- Strong background in Supply Chain Management Warehousing & Distribution is required.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills are crucial.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities are mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a dedication to identifying and implementing process
