"This is quite fun as I am talking about the small company I created. I love it "as it were my baby" , but it does not grow fast enough to support me regularly. I thrive to give amazing food and impeccable, very reliable service. I work on a one on one basis with the clients to give them a made to measure experience. The reviews show I am doing a great job... but it is a very lonely job (I have great employees but they are on call, depending on the size of the event and I would love to have a permanent team again)."
