However, growth within the company is limited and is very much based upon "who you know" and getting onto the right team at the right time. Due to recent mass layoffs in the admissions and student success teams, I can not recommend working in either department at this time. "The company discriminates and only hires millennials. This company is called The Builder Room for a reason. You seen what happened to Enron, Wolf of Wall Street and most of the Mafia people? They all end up broke and in jail. 2U does Lead flow manipulation via salesforce to make people fail!"

Management does not treat them well, pay-scaling is random (you may make half of what someone else does, for the same job, if they arrive at a time the company has more money to pay them), and politics are always in flux. There are better ways to get into the startup and e-learning arenas than with 2U."
