"Very fast paced. Sometimes you are held resposbile for things completely out of your control."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees. Lead by example. If you require manufacturing to work over a holiday weekend try to show up for an hour or to at least. You will win over subordinates this way."

"I love being an expert in the database-marketing niche market; love working with clients and solving problems that may arise on a day-to-day basis; enjoy the feeling of accomplishment when helping clients strategize their marketing efforts and then making it happen."

"Being left alone to implement the project using my own vision of what that should look like. Not being micromanaged."

"The company is no longer in existence, so that would be somewhat problematic. But if it were still doing business, I would recommend making dure to demonstrate your technical proficiency, and also to apply as an employee, not a contractor."

"I was a contractor, not an employee, which meant I sacrificed some major benefits to work there and get to do the job I did for them."

"Be more proactive about the products you offer to the market, and about how you support those products."

"It was taken over by a venture capital firm and they changed the structure of the company and made it top heavy."

"I would have them reduce the layers and management and increase the Project Management competency to reflect what they promise the customers."
