I had a great working relationship with everyone except my boss as I believe he was threatened by the attention I was getting from 3M corporate VP’s as I lead an extensive successful launch of Visuant daily management software for our division. That is when he began to undermine me and try to turn everyone against me! I was only doing what was best for the great 3M!
