3.5 I have been working at AbbVie as a Compliance Analyst for a year now. The company has a good work culture, and the management is approachable. However, the salary package is not as competitive as some other companies in the industry, and there are no significant benefits other than health insurance. The job profile of Compliance Analyst is challenging and requires attention to detail. The company provides opportunities for learning and development, and the work is interesting. However, the workload is often high, and there is little scope for work-life balance. Overall, AbbVie is a good company to work for, but the salary package could be improved.

4.7 I've worked in Innovation group at Abbvie, a pharmaceutical company, as an summer intern in 2019. My project was about evaluating MAP-prior and its extension prior distributions in historical data borrowing methods. I wrote simulation codes in R and found interesting results for existing methods. Later on, I explored and provided mathematical reasons behind empirical issue in parameter selection. Their statistics groups encourage research and I enjoyed the fulfillment of making a practical impact.

4.9 I worked for Abbvie for 2 years. It was originally Abbott. Abbott bought Solvay Pharmaceutical. This is where I started in 2001. I enjoyed my job even through the tough healthcare changes.
