Retention rate was low however and budget cuts always cost a considerable amount of people to be cut at the end of the fiscal year. Being a financial company, they are tight with money and they believed in their motto of "You can easily be replaced" no matter how loyal or hardworking you are. Requirements of the business were never on time forcing even after a revamp in the business."
