1Nepotism and favoritism
It's hard to compete with others in this company because almost everyone was related to the family that owned it. There's obvious favoritism amongst team members and that hindered other employees from getting recognized and appreciated.
3.6Achieve3000 had some real potential but unfortunately with new leadership changes and a lot of turn over the company went south pretty quickly. The company as a whole didn‘t understand the importance of user experience nor support it as much as it could have. There could have been some really great and innovate features but were stymied by poor decision making by upper management and lack of resources.
1If you have another offer, don't even think of joining this company. The management is full of incompetent people who just sit there and talk. All the talented people have already left or will be leaving soon.
