"Don't interview here. Or if you do, do not believe anything they promise about the company culture. It's all a facade and not a fun place to work. They regularly degrade their employees and expect that to motivate them to do better."

"Management is juvenile and vindictive. You have no control over your free time. All they care about is billable hours and they do not care anything about their employees physical, emotional or psychological health. If you step out of line or try to improve yourself professionally, they will actually take disciplinary action."

"Sometimes they have interesting projects, because good companies get sold on the company without realizing the 'real' company they are hiring. I have met some nice people here, but they usually quit fairly quickly if they are able to."

"Do not believe anything they try to sell you about the company culture. Everything they say about a happy productive company culture is false. They expect you to work over 50 hours a week and I quote, Do not encourage resources to self-determine what to do when they have extra time available."

"The company is run by very dysfunctional people with no 'people skills' and that have absolutely no interest in their employees or job satisfaction. That would not be so unusual, except that management actually goes out of its way not to commend employees, but to degrade them in public and in private."
