"I worked for Adecco in multiple capacities for almost 3 years starting in 2016. The work atmosphere was extremely enjoyable and much like a family setting. My coworkers and supervisors were fantastic in getting me up to speed and always being a resource if I ever needed anything. They would help recruit, travel from hours away for events or to cover my shifts and call me daily to check to see how I was doing and how we could improve. Solid benefits, work-life balance was very important to them and they gave me all the tools we needed to be successful. Fantastic Company to work for!"

"I think the number one thing is to be yourself and be honest. Recruiting and the staffing industry is not for everyone, so be true to yourself before accepting a career that can be very stressful."

What don't you like about working at Adecco?

"I feel that when you are working at an on-site location it is easy to get ignored over those who work at a field office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that they need to stop separating our different brands so much and unify them together to be able to win more business at the company's various clients."
