"After working for ADM for a little over one year as a contractor I have had an overall good experience from a professional standpoint. That being said it seems very tough to get hired on full time here. Benefits as a contractor are not great."
"It's a good company moving in a good direction and I'm very thankful for the opportunities that I've been given."
"Solid, large corporation. Multiple ways to gain experience in multiple areas of the industry"
"Great pay and time off, but the company has either fired or forced early retirement of 1200 people per year for the last three years."
"I am working for ADM at present and the environment is good. People are helpful and warm-hearted."

"I have worked for ADM for the last 6 years. They employe 42,000 employees worldwide. They are currently making strides to keep us competition through use of technology (fintech companies, CRMs, project management platforms)."
"I worked for ADM for 26 yrs. it is a great company to work for that allows employees to grow however they want."
"I will not review my former employer"
"Great company to work for"
"Decent place to work. Could up the pay scale."
"Corporate HR treat managers terrible. I have watched two great managers get fired within a year for simply TRYING to make people accountable for their actions and TRYING to improve their departments. Employees will constantly tattle on their managers to corporate HR, even going as far as making things up and outright lies just to get rid of them. They then go around bragging about how they got them in trouble or fired! HR encourages this behavior, knows about it, and rewards it! There are several trouble making, bully employees that run this plant because of it, and managers are powerless. Union leaders sleep on the job and are lazy, and if you say anything about it, you are threatened with union action. If you are a decent manager or a production worker with good morals and work ethics, stay away from this company because corporate HR will make sure that you are fired for it! This plant is going nowhere with this kind of behavior and someone really needs to look into how HR in Decatur handles things."
"I have been in the health and safety industry for over 17 years and come with experience and hands on understanding of several industries (construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment, mining and Agricultural). I have SafeLand USA, OSHA and Mining instructor credentials and have been working with oil and gas customers for over 5 years."
"It has decent pay, but hours are horrible for family life. Morale is not always the highest and there are no opportunities to move up within the company."
"I took this job thinking I could make a difference and make things better for ADM. Their is no discipline or consequences for the employees who do not do their jobs. Upper management lets things slide or overlooks problems within the work force. I cannot effectively do my job, when no one backs me up. The whole place is managed by people who do not know their jobs or efficiently carry out their duties."
