I think they did a superb job of managing cash flow and making the tough decisions in a timely fashion. AdvanSix is a top company and I recommend them highly. "They are undergoing a lot of internal change and unfortunately is making it difficult for their employees. Unless you have been with the company for years you feel often disregarded and left out of major decisions. Lack of communication is a major issue. Benefits are subpar."

"I've worked for this company for a year. Their performance significantly falls short of their potential. Significantly better decision making at the C, VP and director level are needed for genuine improvement. The culture and benefits are suspect at best. The company has some top talent at lower levels, but their advice and expertise often fall on deaf ears. Recent news and stock performance paint an accurate picture."
