"My district manager never made time and never stuck to appointments she made with me. As a manager you do not have the luxury to blow off appointments because your staff will lose respect for you. Attitude reflects leadership/"

"Always Always listen to your staff. I also try to make it fun. If a staff member is having fun they will do what ever they are doing with more passion. They also will do things not because they have to but because they want to, to help the store."

"To be a manager in this environment, you need to posses strong selling skills and a high level of patience/tolerance to noise. Make sure you are able to relate well to teenagers, as their buying habits can be complex."
