"I really enjoyed learning about the online advertising industry since I had no background in it. I loved my coworkers and managers because they were all hard-working and genuine people. I also enjoyed working with clients and meeting new people through conferences (AdTech and Affiliate Summit)."

"Just realize that it is a start-up company and make sure you stay on top of your monthly/yearly reviews."

"The company was so small that people had too much on their plate. Employees were expected to work overtime/weekends without compensation."

"Hire more people, make company meetings inspirational instead of demotivating, and compensate your employees for the quality of work they produce."
