"THis company is an absolute joke. All the CEO is interested in is outsourcing American jobs to his home country of India; And putting on a show for his Goldman Sachs investors."

"Save your time, and eliminate headaches; Don't bother. These people are not concerned with you, they only want to have you slave away for 60-75+ hours per week, only to let you go when it's convenient for them."
What don't you like about working at AFS Technologies?
"Lies, and deceit from executive level management. Who are more concerned with snowjobbing their investors than continuing to create quality products for their clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop lying to your employees and treating them like dirt. There is nothing else I can say without being identified; Only that this organization is now founded on lies, and I can guarantee that no one in this organization trusts the management."

"A lot of turn over in employees in operations so it made it difficult to rollout new releases.."

"Salesman should not over commit if they limit Operations team."

"It is very expensive medical insurance package in the company. I think it should cost less."

"Working with the wine distribution system, the end-users (15 wine customers), cobol environment."

"The company is down-sizing, wants to move wine customers off of the current wine system and onto their food/wine beverage system."

"Daily tavel and commute, slowly losing the wine customers by pushing them to the food/beverage system."

"To promote the use of .net technology, and also assist in the training of the functions."
