"Havea full-body MRI and a complete medical workup before you start work. Do not expect pay raises, or complments for a job well done. You must become a buddy to management for advancement. it is a popularity contest. You will work harder than a man digging holes for constrution company. Often you will work even when you are punched out for breaks and meal times. We were given clip-on timers to be sure we could punch back in on time. Video tapes taping employee accidents WILL be lost."

"The company refuses to pay workman's comp for serverly injured employees. AldI has not given a pay raise in 5 years, sying the coast of living has not icreaseed. Meanwhile, some prices have more than doubled in same time frame. While employeed there, minium wage increased $2.30 more, yet still no pay raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go undercover at the cashier level, get yelled at, lose your family time, make a workman's comp claim, and see how much you enjoy not working, going through your almost 25 years of savings ncluding your 401k, then be worked over with delays by comp."
