What do you like about working at Alere?

"The ability to telecommute is good although it depends on what supervisor you end up with and it can be handled like a daggling carrot and never able to grasp it!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If the company says what they are going to provide for you get it in writing and never r4espond by office communicator. Use email to get your supervisor or the director to have it in writing. There is alot of lying that goes on in the office!"

What don't you like about working at Alere?

"Management team are a bunch of bullies over the past year things have drastically changed with a great loss of a top performing managers/director that saw the potential in all and gave great positive energy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well to get rid of the director for one that is very discriminating and inappropriate decisions."
