"I am sure my experience with Alorica could have been better, but I came in at a time when management was changing. I applied for a position where I have a lot of experience and was turned down because I didn't meet the 6 month requirement. The company advertises a 73% internal hire rate, which I believe to be false. It was stated that turnover is only 5% which is also inaccurate, as a class of over 20 had only 3 people ended up working there."

"Effing ridiculous! I have never in my life been in a work place so incredibly awful, it's insane. The people that are there for the most part are great, super fun to work with but the pay is not worth sitting behind a computer 8 hours a day being threatened by customers. Secondly, for a little over a month straight I was promised a promotion because I was supposedly the best out of my group, only to find out that they had fired me and never notified me.
