"Owners son was disliked by all the employees and made for a difficult work environment. I reported directly to him and had to manage the situation and maintain moral."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggested a way to maintain inventory integrity improving customer service. I suggested ways based on experience on how to maintain inventory tracking by using dash numbers for common parts with different end part finishes. Improved accuracy and convinced owners son with in depth cost analysis that maintaining obsolete inventory was costing time and money."
