What do you like about working at American Hospital Association?

"The association as a whole tries to do its best. The Solutions division of AHA is a very unprofessional group in terms of ethics, customers, policies and procedures. It relies heavily on nepotism and friends for staffing and consequently nothing changes or improves."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not take the job unless you are desperate for the money. Keep interviewing while you are there. Find another opportunity as soon as possibly."

What don't you like about working at American Hospital Association?

"The nepotism of the Solutions staff. They constantly hire relatives or friends to fill positions and just do not have people with the right skill sets running business units. It does not change because no one want to criticize their friend or nephew. Management was unethical in how they treated junior staff. They constantly played a game of bait and switch with clients to the point that a client did not stay past two years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the all of the senior managers and bring in a turnaround mamanagment team to reorganize the business and restore the brand value of the AHA that the division tarnish by trying to sell recommended AHA products."
