3.4 I would suggest building a stronger training foundation and also I would encourage more tools to sustain field operations and have more resources to the consultants who are the lifeline of the company. I would also consider a new approach to marketing a very good service and do more advertising as the budget does allow for it. I'd streamline activities and automate paper work using excel and integrate customer data base with logistics to get a better idea as to what areas are under exposed to a service that many have a great need for.

3.9 I've worked at American Solar Direct for 1 year. The company is a great place to learn the solar industry, however, there is a lot of micro-management and the people in management really didn't work for their positions. It's about who you blow, not what you know.
