"Caters to pet employees and not outsiders. Peformance doesn't matter. It seems to be about who you know and not if you are competent."

"Get rid of your poor peformers instead of promoting them. The egos in the services management is killing your business."

"Good place to work when I was there. If your into the aerospace industry and want to learn more about satellite tracking software, this is a good place to be."

"As an intern, I didn't get as much experience as I was looking for."

"Give the interns more challenging work, or at least divide up responsabilities amongst the interns."

"The work atmosphere. It has a relaxed but yet lets get it done atmosphere. It almost didn't feel like work and most people seemed to take pride in what they were doing."
