1.5The management currently working there is not the best to have to work hand and hand beside. They're unpleasant and seem only worried about themselves. They should be more in touch with their employees and treat work more like work and a working environment. They need to come back down to earth and realize they're not the highest person, considering they're more of a joke that does nothing but play instead of being a boss. They also demand a lot for as little as they do.
4.7I have worked for Ann Taylor LOFT for one year now, and I have found this company and its employees to be incredibly strong and welcoming. As an employee it's important to feel comfortable where you are working, this company truly makes the employees and its customers feel like family. It's a hard working company and allows you to feel like you truly make a difference in the company. You get trained for your position but you also get to experience different levels of work, truly making you a well rounded employee, and supervisors acknowledge the work you do and help you if something goes wrong. It's truly a great company to work for.
2.1My communication with employees would be more professional--I would speak more in terms of working as a team. I would direct our focus to answers to our challenges rather than just complaining about them. I would finish each job, and not leave it half undone.
