"They micromanaged every little thing in the store. Managers had no freedom on any of the processes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure that managers are there to manage, and not do all the dirty work that employees are there to perform. I would suggest payroll allocation and ensurement that quality of life was accomplished for all managers."
