"A very friendly company, with managers that genuinely care about your progression as a professional individual. They provide training and resources to get you the starting experience you need for the call center environment. They recognize talent and make sure you're taken care of to the best of their ability. My only concern about this job was the work-life balance. If you have children or other convictions, this will not be a good fit for you."
"If you are an intelligent, customer service professional, this is not the place for you. There is no drug test. They do not e verify. There is no background check. They do not check your references. If you think you can't get a job you are wrong. Fill out a made up resume and start next week. The place is full of losers that were rejected from other call centers. This is straight telemarketing. You have no set break or lunch time. You wait until you are told to go like children and if they forget, you just don't get one. One manager spends all day planning her personal life and thanking God she fell into this job. The other sleeps with her reps and watches soaps all day. They talk to us representatives in the most hateful condescending way. It is horrible. You can nearly smell the meth and weed from the outside. No reputable person works here."
"Felt disrespected and worthless there. The bathrooms are always nasty. No TP"
