"My territory changed 6 times in the first year of employment and it made my job frustrating and made me feel unprofessional with some the the accounts that were passed around."

"Establish territories better and faster for employees to be able to hit the ground running and to remain focused on the same accounts throughout."

"Absolutely no sales leadership. Marketing has No clue how to develop qualified leads. Sales managers/directors still locked in the 80's believing that cold-calling is a viable strategy. No sales process whatsoever."
