"Corporate culture was enjoyable, but the leadreship and direction was lacking. Pressure was high to be self motivated and drive your own business."

"Its a good job, but not a career. Dont expect a raise or a career path."

What don't you like about working at Arbitech?

"There was pressure to do some things that werent very ethical to acheive goals but may put you in some legal diffaculties personally."

"Provide alot more interaction to help everyone understand the goals and how we were going to work together to acheive them."

What do you like about working at Arbitech?

"I like the atmosphere, and the potential for growth. I like the position a earned, plus free lunches, and a game room are great perks too!"

"Be genuine and honest and you will not go wrong. Be aware of your skill sets, don't be afraid to try something new, just be mindful of how much you try to chew. Your words may come back to haunt you."

What don't you like about working at Arbitech?

"There really are not any bad things about this company, I'm just a little disappointed on the money I make compared to the job I do."

"Keep up the good work, and remember those that help keep the wheels turning. The ability to think outside the box and consistently move forward are what keeps me coming back."

"Overall great place to work but since no one leaves Arbitech, it is difficult to advance."

"The people are wonderful. It's a fast-paced environment but everyone is personable, fun, and make it a great environment to work in. When Tracy Sherman was the controller I was able to take on new tasks, learn and grow."

"If you are comfortable with eccentric people, are an easy-going person who can work well in a fast-paced environment you will succeed."

What don't you like about working at Arbitech?

"Once the controller I worked for left and the new controller came on board I was no longer offered the opportunity to learn and grow."

"Encourage education and allow employees to enrich themselves professionally. Be flexible with hours to accommodate education. This definitely benefits the company."
