"Huge layoffs 2 weeks before Christmas in a company that has always had huge morale issues. They use a 30 year old proprietary software that no one wants to work with. Employees are often made to work in roles that they do not want to. There is very little that is good to be said about the company. Do not apply for work here."

"If you are not careful, its easy to get stuck in one place, or at least feel stuck because there is no forward progress."

"Offer a better defined career map that shows the different opportunities at the company so an employee can set goals and have goals in mind of where he might be going or desire to go."
