"Hi, I’m an Intern at Arkadium. As a student, I have time to work and study, because the company offered me a flexible schedule, which is excellent. My tasks throughout the day and week are distributed in such a way that I do not feel overstrain. I have very warm and strong professional relations with my team, so that supports the healthy atmosphere of a company. Communications between departments are built; the company has no chaos and intricate processes that would cause negative emotions. This also applies to other operations that exist in Arkadium: they are sufficiently transparent and understandable for all employees. In general, the Management Team is very close and transparent to all employees. They are easy to contact for any questions. Also, the company has a lot of benefits that cannot leave anyone indifferent."
