"Non existent executives from Arizona and Ohio and no one listens to our suggestions here. I haven't had a raise or bonus since being here over 3 years. My insurance rates have gone up too. We have had a bunch of people resign in this past year too."
"Can't wait to leave. Too much drama here to handle and no upward growth. Managers here don't listen to the employees and only dictate, no room for suggestions."
"No growth, lack of leadership, too much work for one person to handle, below average pay."
"It's been 4 years and no raises and no bonuses. Our management lacks professionalism and we are continually being micro managed giving us little self confidence and lowering company morale. Our most senior manager, the VP, just left for a competitor and even before that we have been seeing people quitting all the time. We don't have a positive future outlook and many of us are looking to get out. No real future here."
"This has been my first job experience and I'm glad to have worked here in order to know what to look for in order to avoid a company such as this. All the employees hate working here, they don't get paid well at all, no team work, nick managing, no direction, no training, bad benefits and no career development. Glad I won't be here by the end of the summer but feel bad for those having to work here beyond that!"
"I recently left this company for a new position near by and couldn't be happier I left. Our managers were always talking down to us and micro managing us and never complimenting us. The company would never do any "thank you" lunches or events for team building. We never got bonuses yet we were always promised them at our employee review time. I never smoked but people who did would get "written up" for being 30 seconds late from a smoke break. Very petty. No upward growth here either, unless you move to Arizona on your own dime to the company headquarters. I'd be shocked if this place is still open past the new year."
"I've worked here since 2013 and since then, we have had a number of people resign due to unprofessionalism, lack of company direction, lack of communication and transparency and poor pay. Our once big office is now 1/4 the size and we no longer have company social events. Just when I thought this place couldn't get worse it does. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy, never mind my friends or family members."
"I worked for Ascential Service Company operation for 2 years and 8 months and it was the best company to work. The entire cooperation was fantastic. I was laid off due to company downsize. I really wish I can get back with the company. I am always on the lookout for any opening in the company on the HVAC field. The pay and benefits were great."
"The company did not care for the employees, we were a number, however they owe me back pay on double time that is owed, I had a great job but the company merged with another and all 5 southern ca workers were laid off."
