"At first, this company seemed really supportive and I was happy to be apart of the team. It was not long after that I noticed the lack of training provided and poor working environment including the computer systems/printers. I do not recommend working at this company to anyone."

"I liked the interaction of new people on a daily basis as long as returning customers. I also liked working daily with my coworkers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know what you are getting into. Do your research and know what to expect and you will love it. This job is not for everybody."

What don't you like about working at Ashley Furniture?

"The one thing that I did not like about working at Ashley was the 12 hour days. Granted, you only work 4 days a week, it was very hard to remain focused after almost 2 normal shifts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest instead of one long day of work maybe break up into shifts."
