People in the acquired companies have preference over those from the legacy firm. Everyone knows serious lay-offs are still in the works; this can be demotivating. "Wireless is the only growth business in this company. Wireline is declining. If you are looking for a stable career, you want to be in Wireless side."

"Bureaucratic, less recognition to employees, still there is a lot of inefficiency in workforce."

"Stay competitive with exploring other products and leverage its brand by launching new product and partnerships."
