"I've worked at Avanade for over 4 years as a senior manager. Great people and good WLB for consulting. Software Consulting is not easy and requires individuals with good organizational skills, the ability to communicate with clients as well as strong software development skills. Avanade is a great place for such people. However, consulting is NOT for everyone, if you are not a self-starter, able to work independently, averse to travel, etc. it's a high-energy world, and dealing with the ups and downs of consulting is not easy. Avanade offers a Microsoft backed consulting environment, with big clients all over the country"
"Amazing work experience with Avanade inc."

"I worked with avanade for two and a half years. The company taught me a multitude of new skills and paired me with stellar mentors."
"I have worked at Avanade for over six years as a Software Engineer, front-end and back-end specialist. It is a multicultural company that has 36,000 professionals in 25 countries focused on the Microsoft platform to deliver innovative services and solutions to enterprises worldwide."
"Great company to work for."
"Not the most friendly for someone on the Autistic spectrum, in my opinion; managers did not "get" me, but I know I did genuinely have some focus issues during this assignment that I'm starting to recognize and rectify."
"Avanade offers a variety of experiences for our business employees, but the Corp Functions world is very limited."
"The company is very good for people who are starting their careers, however, the salaries are very low."
"Honestly this company is a joke. The interview is easy, and they will probably offer anyone a job, but that's because they will let you go in a minute. So, if you have a full-time permanent job, please do not leave it for this company. All their job is project based, and they rarely have enough project, so they are constantly hiring and letting people go, like it means nothing to them. And yes, they will lie to you and say, if there's no project you can "go on the bench and learn", once you go on the bench, you are as good as out the door. And even if you do get another project, you must interview for the project with every other person on the bench, these projects have no clear guideline on its requirements. So, most of the times, projects are not assigned based on skills, but based on friendship. Their management clearly have no clue what they are doing and constantly mismanaged their budget. If you want a job offers zero job security and where you will constantly be interviewing for you position, then be my guest. Trying to save you a lot of time and grief. I can't believe I left a very good secured job for this joke of a company. Lesson well learnt."
"is a good place to work, good people"
