"Nepotism and favoritism is rampant, and the emphasis on a culture of testing is stifling the staff and students. Every few years, there's a new buzzword program that we must all get enthusiastic about, regardless of its demonstrated effectiveness."

"I would make more of an effort to engage my employees on their level, and create personal relationships that foster open communication and collaboration. I would also not give all my friends and supporters the jobs they want simply because they support me."

"I cannot think of any tips at this time unless to stress that being professional and knowing your strength and weakenesses in your employment is very important in order to salvage effective working relationships."

"To work at all time with integrity. Be sure to alway follow through on your goals and goals for your staff. Continue to collaborate oftern and consider all input that is for the betterment of the company."

"I was hire for one school then they tried to transfer me to a less than desirable school."

"There was no support from the the Administration and I was place with 100% students with no interest in education. I am a math major and this job was like being brain dead."

"No teacher should be stuck with all one kind of students. From period to period it was the same just control their behavior."
