"I have been in the Finacial service industry since 2002. I have developed my own practice and lead over 200 advisors to help create there own. I am looking to take my family oriented, hungry leadership abilities, and intelligence to my new future. I am looking to change due to the lack of management compensation in my current industry. I am a self made entrepreneur who truly cares about helping and ,making people happy. I will not fail and will not let anyone down."
"I have been worked in AXA for four months. I think this is a very fast-pace working environment. I’m now assisting a financial advisor with his clients’ application and daily operation. Since my boss is really busy and he doesn’t have time training me, so I need to get along with everything by myself in a very short time, and it was tough the beginning. I drafted a manual, which contains general rules, how to use the printer, and the usage of most frequently used apps, like Salesforce, E-life, and Asset Map. So that helps the next interns get started quicker. Also, I reprofiled more than 100 clients’ information by ID, statements, insurance policies, etc. This leads me to the right file whenever I need to."

"I worked for AXA Financial as a financial advisor for a couple months in 2019. AXA believes in helping people prepare for their future through the use of various investment vehicles. That is a objective that i can 100% get behind, however the company itself seemed more focused on pushing their own products and boosting individual commissions rather than helping the clients."
