What don't you like about working at Balboa Capital?

"There isn't really anything to dislike about working at Balboa Capital. Maybe we could get bigger offices so we aren't so cramped. But that is the goal in 2013 from what we've been told."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This was in in my answer above: I would suggest that we quickly get new office space because we have already outgrown our current headquarters."

"Make sure you are a motivated, hard-working employee who can perform on a daily basis. This company has a lot of amazing talent."

What don't you like about working at Balboa Capital?

"We are growing so fast, we are beginning to feel cramped in our small work areas with so many new employees. But I hear we are getting new office space to accommodate our growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend getting more office space since we are growing so rapidly this year."
