"No benefits, poor leads, noncompetitive. I meet many friends in bankers' life but the employee and core values were nonexistent. New employees were given poor leads that were old and had been reached out to many times."
"Bankers Life has been around since the great depression. It is a great company to work for but they pay by commission only. This is difficult because you never know when you are going to get your next sell. I have made a lot of sales but I need to supplement this income. I basically work for myself but I am in the office two days per week."
