3.3I've been at basys for two years and am still considered relatively "new". I love the work I do and the people I work with directly. The product is challenging but complex and has a big learning curve. Expectations for self-sufficiency out-pace most new hires' abilities and leads to both company and self-induced departures. Employee turnover doesn't shift deadlines b/c it would mean missing billable deliverables. However, that puts more work on remaining staff which in turn makes it difficult to keep pace with customer demand. Burn out rate is high.
3.8I've worked at basys for the past year and it is a great technology to work for. The team work at this company is excellent. I would recommend basys to anyone looking to work for a good company.
